Tuckers Tavern, a part of Fearless Restaurants, is seeking a Runner. Fearless Restaurants is a multi-concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrate competency in steps of service.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items, especially allergies.
- Provide genuine hospitality.
- Demonstrate proper professional decorum.
- Expedite the line during service.
- Memorize all table numbers and seat numbers.
- Carry a tray of plates from the kitchen to guests’ tables.
