Requirements
- Prior food service, hospitality, or concessions experience preferred.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs, ramps, and elevators frequently.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF home games, and major stadium events.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Food safety certification required (or ability to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Deliver and restock food and beverage items to assigned stands, boutiques, and portables in a timely, organized manner, this may include pushing equipment up stadium ramps.
- Ensure all deliveries meet Legends’ quality and presentation standards.
- Assist Local Eats Stand Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) with product replenishment and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, such as club pantries, concession stands, portables and other service areas.
- Support setup and breakdown of local eats areas, including equipment and supplies.
- Communicate efficiently with culinary, warehouse, and supervisory teams to meet service timelines.
- Assist in tracking inventory and product usage for Local Eats operations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Adhere to Legends Global’s uniform, grooming, and customer service standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or catering management.
