About The Position

RH Hospitality is expanding its portfolio of restaurants within its Design Galleries worldwide, aiming to create an integrated experience that reflects the RH lifestyle. RH is seeking a dedicated, service-minded Runner to support an elevated dining experience. The Runner connects the kitchen and dining room, presenting and delivering dishes with care, precision, and timeliness. The role suits someone passionate about guest experience, collaborative work, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing or culinary support role.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of application.
• Meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work certain shifts, and/or perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities under local labor and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver First Class Service and create a warm, inviting guest experience.
• Lead the delivery and presentation of dishes, ensuring accuracy, timing, and quality.
• Support the expediting process and maintain flow between the kitchen and dining room.
• Keep the service environment organized, including the polishing area, service stations, and expediting line.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service.
• Uphold RH standards through personal presentation, menu knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Champion a team-oriented “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” philosophy.
