Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, reach, mop, sweep, and kneel
Ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds
Age 16 or older

Responsibilities

Delivering food from the kitchen in a timely manner
Continual assessment of guest’s experience by checking back after delivery of food for additional condiment needs, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and proactively addressing guest needs in a timely manner
Refill non-alcoholic drinks, as needed
Manicure tables as needed
Remove trash from tables as guest’s finish meals
Bus tables/bowling lanes and reset for new guests’ arrival
Reset and restock all condiments on tables, galley, and dining areas
Perform and uphold sanitation for kitchen spaces, floors, equipment, and tools
Cleans and sanitizes table top and guest service areas
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Performs opening/closing duties
Assist others and perform additional duties as directed
