Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy, high-end restaurant
- Strong understanding of service flow and hospitality standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Polished, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
- Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Food Handler's Certification and other relevant certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Support servers in delivering seamless, attentive service
- Run food efficiently and accurately from kitchen to table
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Reset tables quickly and to high standards
- Assist with guest needs in a warm, professional manner
- Anticipate service flow and respond proactively during busy periods
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
