About The Position
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Run Tester. This position performs critical testing on assembled units to ensure performance meets all specifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in HVAC, testing, manufacturing preferred
Responsibilities
- Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
- Set up and test refrigeration units for operation and run until stabilized
- Troubleshoot performance issues when problems arise
- Set up testing equipment and perform checks including compressor performance, pressure cutouts, and temperature readings
- Test components and subassemblies according to specifications
- Complete required reports, checklists, and rejection tags
- Identify causes of abnormal quality conditions and report findings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
