About The Position

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Run Tester to perform critical testing on assembled units and ensure their performance meets all specifications. The role involves setting up and running refrigeration units until they are stabilized, testing equipment and components, identifying performance or quality issues, and documenting results. The position also requires maintaining an organized work area and following safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and support for continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in HVAC, testing, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions.
• Set up and test refrigeration units for operation and run them until stabilized.
• Troubleshoot performance issues when they arise.
• Set up testing equipment and perform checks, including compressor performance, pressure cutouts, and temperature readings.
• Test components and subassemblies according to specifications.
• Complete required reports, checklists, and rejection tags.
• Identify causes of abnormal quality conditions and report findings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
