About The Position

Munters is a global leader in climate solutions for mission-critical processes, providing efficient and sustainable solutions for customers who depend on controlling humidity, temperature, and energy use. Sustainability is an important part of the company's strategy, and Munters describes its workplace as dynamic and inclusive, with meaningful projects for employees. The Run Test Technician tests the electrical operation of HVAC units after structural, mechanical, electrical, and condensing components have been installed. The role ensures units comply with product specifications, follows standard procedures, and makes decisions about setup, testing operations, and sequencing. Testing includes pretest inspections, dry testing, and run testing; troubleshooting, documenting results and defects, making defined adjustments, and coordinating completion with engineering and production. The position requires adherence to safety procedures, including the Energy Control Program and lock-out/tag-out practices. The work uses computers, electrical and refrigeration testing instruments, hand and power tools, and material-handling equipment. The role involves frequent physical activity and daily exposure to high voltage. Standard schedules plus overtime and weekend hours are required to meet production demands. Offers are contingent on a pre-employment drug test and background check, as applicable.
