About The Position

You will meet a certain amount of production daily. You will be required to rotate rack-loading positions on the rumble machine at Plant 3 & 4. You will examine each rack for quality. Ex. (no broken brick or boards and make sure voids are in the correct position).

• Meet a certain amount of production daily.
• Willingness to cross-train.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Flexibility to work in other departments when needed.
• Skill to exercise caution around moving machinery.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. constantly.
• Must be able to twist, bend and stoop frequently.
• Will require repetitive motions.
• Must be able to pick up brick from floor level frequently.
• Hardhat, safety glasses, earplugs and steel toe shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate rack-loading positions on the rumble machine.
• Examine each rack for quality, ensuring no broken brick or boards and correct void positioning.
• Keep a clean work area, including daily cleaning of the platform work area.
• Exercise caution around moving machinery.
