Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent attendance and dependability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Experience with CNC machines, pattern cutting, molding, or production environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teammates to build exceptional products
Work in molding, lab operations, finishing, pattern cutting, and CNC machine operation
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established work standards
Identify and communicate product, material, or process concerns
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data collection efforts
Take ownership of quality and contribute to the success of the team
Participate in daily team huddles and company communication meetings
Share ideas, wins, and opportunities for improvement
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Follow Lean Manufacturing principles
Support a positive, collaborative team culture
Help create products that musicians around the world rely on
