About The Position

This role involves operating a rubber extrusion line, requiring the operator to set up dies and downstream equipment, load materials, and monitor product quality. The position demands attention to detail for accurate data recording and adherence to customer and internal specifications. Responsibilities also include packaging finished goods, maintaining a clean work area, and following all company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Standing 1-10 hrs. per day
• Lifting 1-35 lbs.

Responsibilities
