About The Position

This role involves operating a rubber extrusion line, requiring the operator to set up dies and downstream equipment, load materials, and monitor product quality. The position demands attention to detail for accurate data recording and adherence to customer and internal specifications. Responsibilities also include packaging finished goods, following company policies, and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Standing 1-8 hrs. per day
• Lifting 1-35 lbs.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• A fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Mechanically skilled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-orientated with experience in accurate data recording.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced with proper use of gauges and tooling.

Responsibilities
