Requirements
- Current high‑school student in one of the Charlotte, NC areas high schools NAF partners with.
- Interest in technology, engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, or business operations.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong communication, time‑management, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with data analysis or introductory programming (e.g., Python) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Supporting research and documentation efforts, including building internal repositories or reference materials.
- Assisting with SharePoint site development, content organization, and design updates.
- Performing data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Excel and other dashboards.
- Participating in team‑specific technical tasks such as Python scripting, cybersecurity analysis, or special project support.
- Preparing and delivering concise presentations summarizing project work and outcomes.
- Applying structured problem‑solving approaches such as the CORE method to improve processes or address challenges.
