About The Position

The Pratt & Whitney Future Ready Lab Intern – Customer Training Center role is an onsite internship opportunity at RTX, a global leader in aerospace and defense. Interns will work on Technology and Innovation projects, collaborating with critical teams for Pratt & Whitney's growth. They will incorporate new expertise from workshops and professional development events. The internship culminates in a presentation of key insights and skills to company executives and industry leaders. The Customer Training Center (CTC) is a mission-critical support system for Pratt & Whitney Customers worldwide, with potential project areas including Communications and Marketing, STEM Program Management, Cultural Research & Brief Writing, and CORE Methods and Tools. This is a paid internship experience designed for students at NAF Academies in the Greater Hartford, CT area, taking place over eight weeks starting in June 2026.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled at East Hartford AOE Hartford Public High School (HPHS) Pathways Academy of Technology & Design New Britain MET
  • Rising seniors (summer between 11th & 12th grade)
  • Minimum of a 2.5 GPA
  • Commitment to all dates and times of the internship
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be a US Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident/'green card' holder)
