About The Position

Epic Grand Central, Prelude, RTE Analyst CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Support Analyst with deep expertise in Grand Central, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) to support front-end revenue cycle operations. This role will focus on maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Epic applications that drive patient access, registration, scheduling, and eligibility workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong Epic system knowledge, hands-on support experience, and a solid understanding of how front-end workflows impact downstream Revenue Cycle performance.

Requirements

  • Active Epic certification in Grand Central, Prelude, and/or RTE required
  • Deep hands-on Epic experience, including build, configuration, and production support
  • Strong understanding of integrated Epic workflows across patient access and Revenue Cycle
  • Proven experience supporting hospital Revenue Cycle operations, particularly front-end functions such as: Patient access, Registration, Scheduling, Insurance eligibility and verification
  • Understanding of how front-end processes impact billing, claims, and reimbursement
  • Experience troubleshooting complex system and workflow issues
  • Ability to analyze current workflows and recommend system improvements
  • Experience supporting upgrades, enhancements, and system changes
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and RTE applications
  • Troubleshoot system issues, workflows, and user-reported problems impacting patient access and registration processes
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Configure and maintain Epic build to support efficient scheduling, registration, and eligibility verification
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
  • Support testing, upgrades, and new functionality implementations
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across patient access and eligibility workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical operations
