About The Position
Join our team in Valhalla, NY, where you will play a crucial role in delivering sleep services that enhance patient health and well-being. We specialize in sleep laboratory management, collaborating with hospitals and physician practices to provide comprehensive sleep disorder services.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program.
- NY PSG and/or Respiratory Therapist license required.
- Certification in basic cardiac life support (BCLS) and/or CPR.
- Vaccination and immunization records or titers may be required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sleep tests and gather essential data.
- Prepare and calibrate equipment, ensuring correct use of electrodes and sensors.
- Fit airway pressure masks and supervise patient activities.
- Analyze and score clinical events, including respiratory and cardiac episodes.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and laws.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rates ranging from $40 to $53, depending on experience.
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time registered sleep technologists.
