About The Position

FNS is seeking an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer to join their team. This role involves surveying, identifying, and designing business processes for automation, as well as setting up, developing, testing, and implementing automated workflows. The engineer will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining automation, troubleshooting issues, creating documentation, refining current processes, and conducting user training. Requirements

  • Hands on experience with RPA development and orchestration. (UiPath preferred)
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and web services (XML, JSON).
  • Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and process automation concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Bachelor in IT & Computer Science, or equivalent/related education or degree.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Fluency in Korean (written and verbal) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience automating business processes in logistics, supply chain, or administrative environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Survey, identify and design business processes for automation.
  • Setup, develop, test and implement automated workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain automation and troubleshoot any potential issues.
  • Create process and end-user documentation.
  • Refine and upgrade current automation processes.
  • Conduct user training and present technical details to non-technical audiences.
