About The Position

OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that supports Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology. OCT currently has an opening for a RPA Engineer to work with our federal client. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience or Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • 4 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relevant experience with Master’s Degree or 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
  • Relevant experience includes business process automation, requirements analysis, and RPA solution design.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in support of federal government agencies.
  • Must be able to undergo and successfully complete a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD)-12 qualifying Tier 2 background investigation for Common Access Card (CAC) issuance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the USCG or DHS is a plus.
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Legacy UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiADP certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in RPA development and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on the implementation of RPA solutions.
  • Support business transition services by improving operational efficiency through automation.
