About The Position

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an RPA Developer to provide technical support, development, and advisory services for AI and RPA integration in ACC/A589 classified environments. The role supports user-driven innovation challenges and in-person facilitation while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and network requirements for SIPRNet and AFSCI operations. The developer designs, prototypes, tests, refines, and deploys automation solutions supporting Air Combat Command’s operational mission. This is a hands-on development position that involves validating bots with users and refining them using operational feedback. Output expectations are at least three prototypes and two operational transitions per quarter, working in parallel with another RPA Developer. The primary work location is Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, including regular work in SCIFs and other secure facilities. The position requires access to classified environments and information up to Top Secret/SCI, and compliance with OPSEC, CUI handling, classification protocols, and facility security requirements. The schedule is 0800–1700 EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours for mission deadlines or operational events, early or evening meetings to accommodate wing schedules, and increased hours during major milestones, events, or exercises. Travel is not currently required, though that may change.
