About The Position

We are seeking an RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy robotic process automation solutions. The role uses UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Python to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or New York, with a listed salary range of $75,000–$145,000 per year.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in RPA development or automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python.
• Understanding of APIs, SQL, databases, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of exception handling, debugging, and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

• UiPath or Automation Anywhere certification.
• Experience with enterprise process automation and attended/unattended bots.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and version control tools.
