Requirements

Must ski or snowboard at an intermediate level to get to and from work.
Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Will lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
English reading, writing and communication; plus basic math.
Minimum 1+ year bartending experience with demonstrated competence.
Basic computer knowledge and comfortable with a computer based point of sale (Squirrel is our current system).

Nice To Haves

Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
Wine and beer knowledge preferred with demonstrated competence.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, take and prepare drink orders, and provide recommendations while ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
ID guests in accordance to Idaho state liquor and identification laws.
Monitor guest intoxication and take action or get help, if necessary.
Create and produce outstanding food.
Assisting with the tidying of tables and keeping the outlet areas neat and pleasant.
Assisting in snow removal, including moving tables and chairs.
Maintain cleanliness by keeping the bar and kitchen area clean and organized, including glassware, tools, and surfaces, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assisting in deliveries and trash removal.
Thorough knowledge of our menu and the resort as a whole is critical.
Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
Turn in accurate deposits with end of shift reports.
