Position Details Role: Roving Property Manager Communities You’ll Support: Woodburn, Molalla, Silverton, Forest Grove, St. Helens, Sandy, Albany, Salem & Independence to name a few! Schedule: Full-time; must be ready for weekends, holidays & after-hours emergency support Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch Reports To: Director of Property Management Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime Pay Range: $25.00–$35.00/hr DOE Why This Role is Exciting Every day looks a little different — in the best way! You’ll become the go-to hero who jumps in where needed, keeps communities running smoothly, supports awesome onsite teams, and brings consistency and positivity wherever you land. You’ll also wear a few fun extra hats from time to time, stepping into support roles like Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Agent to keep operations humming. Responsibilities

  • Bring confident, upbeat leadership to properties needing coverage
  • Support, guide, and inspire onsite teams
  • Build strong resident relationships rooted in kindness and professionalism
  • Keep communities running smoothly — from rent collection to reporting
  • Boost occupancy by jumping in on leasing and retention efforts
  • Travel between communities like a pro, adapting easily as you go
