Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
Respond to work orders and resident service requests
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks
Snow removal when needed

$21-$23/Hour
Annual salary increases up to 5%
Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
