About The Position

IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS - MAINTENANCE TECH At Monarch, it’s all about people. Our residents depend on us to be observant, professional, and quick to respond to their needs. We are looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Evansville, IN supporting the needs of 7 area properties. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls (including after-hours), and preventative maintenance. If you are hard-working, self-motivated, and take pride in a job well-done, you should bring your work ethic and desire to learn to Monarch!

Requirements

  • Must be hard-working, self-motivated, and take pride in a job well-done.
  • Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning repairs
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
