About you As a Roving Maintenance Technician (Company Vehicle Provided) in the T ampa Bay, F L area, you are a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, responding to emergency requests working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in building/property maintenance.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems
Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects
Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response if required
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

Commercial experience (this is a plus!).
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
Maintain and check daily operating logs for the following: air conditioning, fan units, graph charts, utility meters and general complaints.
Ensure that building systems and tenant service requests are handled efficiently at the most economical cost.
Successfully coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders.
