About The Position
Action Property Management, a leader in HOA management for four decades, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their Roving team in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for the upkeep and repair of common areas within the Association, including patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces. The position also involves emergency preparedness and response for issues like floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes. Continuous hands-on training is provided, with potential for advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Valid California Driver’s License required.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired.
Responsibilities
