About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Roving Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a motivated leasing professional who enjoys working with different teams, building relationships, driving occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of apartment leasing experience required
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM software required
• Professional, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple communities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and multiple weekdays

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Build relationships with prospective and current residents
• Follow up with prospects and help drive leasing and occupancy goals
• Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate resident records
• Support onsite teams with leasing and day-to-day operations
• Use Yardi Voyager and CRM tools to manage leasing activity
• Travel between assigned Dallas-area communities as needed
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies
