Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • 1 year of CRM software experience
  • Experience in a service-based company
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Use routing software Route Op/ Best Fit to create efficient routes
  • Apply knowledge of pest control services, geographic constraints, and systems to reduce driving time and increase profitability.
  • Analyzes preliminary routing plans and independently modifies it to continuously increase productivity
  • Identify and escalate problems in a timely manner.
  • Consult with Branch Managers and Service Managers to create, maintain, and/or improve technician routes.
  • Partnership with Residential and Commercial administrative teams, as well as our Customer Service Center team.
  • Act as the routing systems (Route Op / Best Fit, or equivalent) expert and resolve Customer Service Center inquiries and concerns.
  • Measure, monitor, and manage constraints on service orders.
  • Assist the Customer Service Center and Escalation Team with scheduling of callback and emergency services as needed.
  • Responsible for notifying customers with expected notice prior to their service.
  • Assist and collaborate with the Commercial Admin team on scheduling new work.
  • Maintain calendar lookup tables in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Service Managers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures with all employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
