About The Position
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Inbound Router Supervisor at our Edinburgh, IN Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations.
Requirements
- Proven basic leadership experience.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of quality freight handling.
- Prior LTL leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage driver and freight handler operations.
- Coordinate dock operations and driver/freight handler scheduling.
- Ensure safety compliance.
- Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed.
- Timely dispatching of LTL Loads.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.
