R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Inbound Router Supervisor at their Tallahassee, FL Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Tallahassee, FL, and surrounding areas

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
• Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations
• Manage Drivers and Freight Handlers
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
