Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating CNC routers or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Manufacturing experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Loading, operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC router equipment used to produce precision furniture components.
- Setting up and operating the router according to production specifications.
- Ensuring each component meets high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
- Examining raw wood materials for defects.
- Inspecting finished workpieces for smoothness, shape, depth of cut, and dimensional accuracy.
- Making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Performing routine quality inspections.
- Completing required production documentation.
- Maintaining the router by clearing debris and performing basic machine upkeep.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Working closely with supervisor and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Following all company safety policies and contributing to a Safety First culture.
