About The Position

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician in the North Fort Worth/Denton area. This role involves driving a company truck to 10-12 customer locations daily to inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build customer relationships. You will work independently, supported by a local team and dispatcher. Requirements

• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
• 21+ with a clean driving record and drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable lifting equipment
• Comfortable talking with customers

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pest control
• Strong experience in a related trade (lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, facilities)
• High school diploma or equivalent
