About The Position

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician in North Dallas. This role involves driving a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily to inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build customer relationships. You will work independently on your route, with support from a local team and dispatcher. No prior experience is required, though experienced pest control technicians may earn higher initial rates. Experience in related trades like lawn care, HVAC, or landscaping is also preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
• 21+ with a clean driving record and drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experienced pest control technicians may initially earn higher rates dependent on experience
• Strong experience in a related trade (lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, facilities) also preferred but not required
