Route Service Representative
About The Position
Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Fort Pierce, FL. This role involves independently traveling across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, set up, replenish, and merchandise products, and maintain product displays and planograms. The representative will also set up promotional displays, work with store managers, manage stock, and maintain a company-paid storage unit. The daily schedule starts at 6:00 am, typically involving 48-52 hours per week with potential overtime and 2-3 nights of hotel stays per week. The company's mission is to exceed the expectations of on-the-go consumers through data-driven retail solutions.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

Responsibilities
- Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Set up, replenish, and merchandise trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle.
- Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
- Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
- Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Maintain a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
