About The Position

Cozzini Bros. is hiring a part-time Route Service Representative in Jackson, Mississippi. The role provides recurring cutlery and kitchen-blade exchange services to restaurants, food-service businesses, and grocery customers. Representatives operate a small sprinter or transit van, use handheld devices to track customer knife sets and deliveries, collect invoice payments, and promote and sell company programs and promotional items. The position involves customer service, safe driving, and physically active delivery work, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds. Overnight travel may be required on some routes.

The schedule is Monday through Wednesday, with 10-hour shifts. Pay is $20 per hour, with eligibility for commission. The company describes opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Physical endurance to perform tasks throughout a 10-hour shift and manage light-duty deliveries consistently.
• Ability to operate handheld devices for delivery tracking and inventory management.
• Stable work history and a clean driving record.
• Ability to comply with safety protocols and safe-driving techniques.
• Ability to travel overnight when required for some routes.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld devices to track customer knife sets and deliveries.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
