About The Position

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives. This role is responsible for delivering services to a diverse customer base, driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location. Requirements

Business savvy with a focus on increasing profit and customer satisfaction
Results-driven, relationship manager willing to support the team and customers
Ability to work with and support a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
Must comply with minimum auto insurance requirements if using a personal vehicle for business
High School Diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience
Ability to problem-solve and handle customer service situations
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
21 years of age
Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team's customer satisfaction levels
Collaborate with the location management team to provide excellent customer service and product programs
Negotiate customer contract renewals
