About The Position

Crown Uniform & Linen Service is seeking a Route Service Representative for its Windsor, Connecticut location. The role delivers and picks up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products for current customers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to frequently lift and carry 50–75 pounds.
Ability to push and pull linen bins or delivery hampers weighing up to 200 pounds.
Ability to drive extensively in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products for current customers.
Respond to and resolve customer issues, complaints, or requests, and communicate concerns or issues to the Service Manager.
Properly and accurately handle delivery paperwork, including invoices and Route Accountability Sheets.
