About The Position

Super Source is a fast-growing company in the hospitality industry, and we’re hiring a Route Sales Manager to service and grow an established customer base. This is not just a delivery role—you’ll manage your own route, build relationships with customers, and grow accounts through inventory management and product recommendations. No route sales experience? We provide paid training. Like working independently and building relationships? This role is for you.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • CDL Class C with HazMat endorsement preferred (not required) — we provide training and certification assistance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned customer route
  • Deliver products while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Help customers manage inventory levels and ordering needs
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly
  • Communicate customer needs with internal teams
