About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Sales Delivery Driver for the Mason City area. The driver delivers commercial and residential Culligan products and services, represents the company to customers, and builds trusted customer relationships through outstanding service. The role involves working independently while also contributing to a team, staying active throughout the day, and going above and beyond to meet customers’ needs.

The Packard Culligan group is a family-owned company whose local dealerships serve their communities. The company emphasizes relationships, accountability, and exceeding customer and employee expectations, and offers training and opportunities for career development and advancement.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends and employees home every evening. Candidates who receive an offer are subject to a pre-employment background check, drug screening, DOT physical, and physical skills assessment.
