About The Position

Mission Linen Supply is hiring a sales-driven Route Relief Driver to drive and service customers on designated community routes, grow accounts, and earn commission on the business they build. This is a B2B sales and account-management role that includes truck driving and product delivery, rather than a delivery-only position. Proven sales and customer service experience is required. The driver delivers and picks up linen, uniforms, and related products; develops new business; grows existing accounts; and provides responsive customer service. The role is a pathway to a dedicated Route Sales & Service Representative territory. Starting pay is $21.97–$26.56 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Once assigned a route, average total annual compensation for Route Sales & Service Representatives exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on new business and account growth. Mission Linen Supply is a family-owned, privately held provider of linen, uniform, and facility service products across five western states. Founded in 1930 and headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, the company serves hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses. The role is full-time and includes benefits.
