About The Position

Route Optimization Specialist Are you passionate about optimizing operations and driving efficiency across service delivery? Partnering with the Best As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution by coordinating equipment, tools, and resources aligned with operational requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance asset utilization, improve planning efficiency, and support successful service delivery. Fueling Your Passion In this role, you will leverage your operational expertise to optimize resource allocation, streamline logistics, and ensure the availability of equipment and materials. You will contribute to improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires valid work authorization in the country of employment. Requirements

Have experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Have a good understanding of asset utilization, supply chain processes, and operational planning
Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Coordinating preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans
Optimizing asset utilization by aligning with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply chain capabilities
Supporting planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion
Collaborating closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams
Monitoring inventory levels and supporting sourcing plans to ensure material availability
Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation
Ensuring compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards
