About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a professional, growth-oriented, customer-focused Route Manager to help drive service excellence, develop frontline talent, and support business growth across an assigned district. The role leads route drivers and customer service representatives, supports route operations, and maintains strong customer relationships. The position is designed for career progression into higher leadership roles.

Requirements

At least 2 years of supervisory experience and a proven track record of leading teams.
Experience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team management.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Clean driving record that meets company standards; a CDL is not required.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Willingness and ability to operate a delivery route when needed.

Nice To Haves

Military experience is highly valued and encouraged.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor route drivers and customer service representatives.
Conduct regular customer service audits and promptly resolve service issues.
Support route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed.
Drive growth and performance across the assigned district through service excellence.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
Maintain strong customer relationships and reinforce the company's service commitment.
Perform other duties as assigned, with a proactive, team-first mindset.
