Responsibilities

Manage & lead route team & the daily route schedules
Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer, and identify which products, services and features to promote to current customers
Understand the customers business and align account strategies to customer goals
Accountability for individual success within a team environment
Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
