About The Position

Blossman Gas & Appliance, Inc. is hiring a Route Driver at its Foley branch to deliver propane locally to commercial and residential customers on established routes throughout the greater Baldwin County, Alabama area. The position involves daily local work without overnight or extended travel and offers professional growth, stability, training, and competitive compensation. Pay depends on prior propane or route sales experience; compensation is described as mid-$50,000s, with the opportunity to earn 20–30% more. Achievable bonus opportunities are also available. The role combines safe and timely propane delivery with customer service, relationship selling, and promoting the company’s products and services. Drivers work in all-weather conditions and perform regular bending, lifting, and pulling. A valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements is required within 90 days of hire; the company can assist with the process. A clean driving record is required.
