About The Position

As a Transportation Specialist at Access, you are the trusted link between facilities and clients, safely delivering and retrieving critical documents and media. The role involves driving assigned routes, meeting clients, protecting information, and supporting uninterrupted operations. Drivers also handle physical loading and unloading, scan and track items, and maintain a clean, professional company vehicle.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.
• Ability to lift and move 40–50 lbs throughout the day.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical role.
• Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.
• Ability to pass a 10-year background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of route driving or transportation experience (preferred).
• CDL (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles on assigned routes.
• Securely pick up and deliver records.
• Load and unload boxes using hand trucks.
• Scan and track items using barcode systems.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle.
