About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Route Drivers for an active, customer-facing role involving driving a branded truck with a teammate, explaining services to customers, making sales, and removing unwanted items. The role includes lifting and carrying items throughout the shift and diverting materials for donation, recycling, or disposal. Drivers stay in contact with the operations manager to coordinate work. Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with physical labor and full days of activity.
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid California driver's license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
