About The Position

Imperial is seeking a Full-Time Route Delivery Driver for the Stillwater/Perkins area. This role involves running vacation and sick relief for the Route Team, displaying independent judgment to maximize sales and commissions, and providing World Class Customer Service. The driver will operate a company vehicle, deliver various products, and handle product loading/unloading. Regular on-time attendance and direct contact with packaged food items are required.

Requirements

Must have good driving record deemed by insurance carrier
Valid license
High school education
Relevant work experience of at least 1 year
Must work well with others, constant contact with the customer and clients
Travel everyday to and from the client/customer site, driving a company vehicle in all weather elements

Responsibilities

Run Vacation and Sick relief Route for the Route Team in Stillwater/Perkins area
Display Independent judgment to maximize the sales to the customers to increase the commissions
Work independently and have World Class Customer Service and interaction
Drive company vehicle
Deliver product (pop, snack, pastry, sandwich, etc.)
Lift and load product (50+ pounds) on & off the vehicle both with and without assistance
Walk, Sit, Bend at waist and knees, overhead reaching, stooping, stairs, driving
Retail Sales, Vending Machine Sales, Food Product Sales Route Sales Delivery
Use handheld computer; take inventory, order product from warehouse to load on truck for delivery, take money to and from machines in safe
Regular on time attendance is required
Direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption
