Requirements

Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or route-based work preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
Ability to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties along assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas to maintain cleanliness standards
Collect and dispose of waste, debris, and recyclables along the route
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or irregularities to supervisors
Follow all company protocols, safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on route
