About The Position

Jackson Services is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Route Account Representative to join our growing team. This is not just a driving job. This is a career opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, managing customer accounts, solving problems, and being trusted to represent a company with over 100 years of service in Nebraska. As a Route Account Representative, you will manage an established customer route using a company-owned truck. You will be the face of Jackson Services for the businesses you serve, making sure customers receive the products, service, and support they need each week. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, talking with customers, and taking ownership of your day, this may be the right fit for you.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license
  • A good driving record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Basic computer or handheld device skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug screen

  • Route experience (not required, training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a group of customer accounts on an assigned route.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and be their regular point of contact.
  • Deliver clean uniforms, mats, linens, and facility service products.
  • Pick up used products for cleaning and processing.
  • Ensure customers have the right products and inventory levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service or offer additional solutions.
  • Represent Jackson Services in a professional, friendly, and dependable way.
  • Use handheld technology to track service, inventory, and customer needs.
  • Drive a company-owned truck safely and responsibly.
  • Take ownership of your route and your customer relationships.
