About The Position

Jackson Services is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Route Account Representative to join our growing team. This is not just a driving job. As a Route Account Representative, you will manage an established customer route using a company-owned truck. You will be the face of Jackson Services for the businesses you serve, making sure customers receive the products, service, and support they need each week. Requirements

A valid driver’s license
A good driving record
Strong customer service skills
A professional and positive attitude
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day
Basic computer or handheld device skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

Manage and service a group of customer accounts on an assigned route.
Build relationships with customers and be their regular point of contact.
Provide dependable service and help customers keep their businesses running smoothly.
Visit established customer accounts on your route.
Deliver clean uniforms, mats, linens, and facility service products.
Pick up used products for cleaning and processing.
Ensure customers have the right products and inventory levels.
Identify opportunities to improve service or offer additional solutions.
Represent Jackson Services in a professional, friendly, and dependable way.
Use handheld technology to track service, inventory, and customer needs.
Drive a company-owned truck safely and responsibly.
Take ownership of your route and your customer relationships.
